Quick marinated radishes

Do you have radishes that are no longer very fresh? Marinate them!

Ingredients for one small jar
5-6 radishes
3 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
2 tablespoons evo oil
2 tablespoons water
1 pinch salt
1 pinch sugar

Time: 15 minutes

Let’s cook!

Cut the radishes into discs and blanch them for 30 seconds.
Drain them and plunge them into a bowl with cold water and ice.
In a bowl, mix the liquids with salt and sugar. Place the radishes in a jar with a lock and pour the marinade over them. Close the jar and store in the refrigerator.
Eat the radishes after at least 3-4 hours (I like them best after 24 hours). They will keep up to a maximum of 3 days in the refrigerator.
