Quick orange and olives cod

Super fast, super good and light! Dedicated to everyone who like fish and aromatic and delicate dishes.

Ingredients for 2 persons

1 orange
4 thick slices of cod
10 taggiasca olives (or black olives)

Time: 5 minutes

Let’s cook!

In microwave-safe container, arrange the fish, the orange slices and the olives. Cook for 3 minutes at 750 degrees. If the slices are thinner cook for less time, if they are more double, increase it.

Meanwhile, prepare an emulsion with salt, pepper, a drizzle of oil and some chopped parsley.

Remove the fish from the container and serve it immediately with the emulsion, the orange and the olives. You can pair it with mashed potatoes or a slice of sourdough bread toasted with a little oil and crushed garlic.
